Everything on ukvirtualraces.co.uk - including the UKVR name, logo, medal and certificate designs, site design, layout, text, graphics, and underlying code - is owned by Stuart Flynn, trading as UK Virtual Races, or used under licence, and is protected by UK copyright, trade mark, and design law. The website was designed and developed by Kemset. Business and legal contact details are published in the Privacy Policy.

You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use (for example, printing your own certificate). You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or republish our logo, medal designs, or branding for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Use the UKVR name or logo to imply endorsement of another product, event, or service
• Copy or scrape substantial parts of the site's content, design, or code for use elsewhere

Your submissions

When you submit evidence of a completed challenge (screenshots, photos, or similar), you remain the owner of that content. By submitting it, you grant UKVR a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Review it internally to verify your completion
• Use it for another purpose only where you have given separate, specific consent or where another lawful basis clearly applies and you have been informed

Evidence is private by default. UKVR will not publish your name, photograph or submitted evidence as marketing or community content merely because it was submitted for verification.

Third-party trade marks

Any third-party names, logos, or trade marks referenced on this site (for example, payment providers) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the relevant service.
